Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

SHIPPING

Most orders will ship within 5 business days.
All shipping orders will be professionally packed and shipped with insurance equal to the value of the art. Please contact ArtSource Fine Art to discuss any specific shipping requirements: 919-787-9533

We do not require a signature on shipments. We will email you a tracking number after your order is shipped. Please be sure to track your package and make arrangements for someone to accept it upon delivery. This helps avoid lost packages, incorrect deliveries, and further problems.

International Customers: Please contact the gallery directly to discuss international shipping terms and conditions as well as making arrangements for payment. Customs laws require that all applicable Duties and Taxes must be paid for shipments entering your country. By placing an order with Artsourcefineart.com, you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged by Customs at the time of delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love your purchases, however, we do not offer refunds.  We are happy to extend a store credit for your purchase if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. Make sure to write down the tracking number for your reference and to get a proof of pick-up to insure that the package was properly received. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY.

We will require notification within 2 weeks of receipt of your item in order to issue a store credit upon receipt of the return.  Receipts and original packaging must accompany all returns for Store Credit to be issued. Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition. Store Credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase only; we are not able to refund shipping and handling charges.

If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 5 days of receipt, credit or replacements cannot be issued.

IMPORTANT: Please pack product as carefully as it was when you received it. Please keep your tracking on returns, as you are responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
